the chaos?

Before you try anything drastic

Please do not uninstall the game or clear its data to troubleshoot. Progress and drawn routes are saved locally. Restoring an Apple purchase does not restore every local score, earned reward or route.

Too much sound or motion?

Open SETTINGS to switch game audio off. Voice has its own on/off and English/Turkish controls. Reduced motion lowers camera and flash effects. The menu language is English; selected start and knockout voice lines also have Turkish recordings.

Where are the other players?

Arena, Evolution and Pipe Rush use offline bots. Draw & Down's Duo Rescue and Pass & Play share one device. They are not online co-op, and a website account does not create an online match. You do not need a website account to play.

How does the cutting line work?

In CUT WORLDS and BOARD, return to your safe area to close the line. An enemy or hostile shot touching your open fireline burns your character and cancels that cut. Enclosed enemies explode only after you safely capture the area.

How do I start DRAW & DOWN?

Draw physical ramps before pressing START. The Orbyth then rolls under gravity toward rewards and the finish. This mode is separate from Pipe Rush and its local pipe builder.

Characters, gear and rewards

Version 1.5.0 (520) has no advertising or new in-app purchase sales. Characters and gear unlock through play. Match score is not the same as spendable GOLD; ECHOES are a separate character-unlock reward. Check the result screen and Night Market for the currency required by each unlock. You do not need to buy a character or Crew Pack.

Where can I get the game?

The public App Store release is coming soon. Build 520 is available to the existing invited internal TestFlight group; this is not a public beta invitation or a public store release. A download link will appear on the homepage when the public release is available.

Existing Apple-verified character ownership

Night Market's RESTORE action checks any existing Apple-verified character ownership from earlier builds. Use the Apple account that owns it and an internet connection. Apple may ask you to authenticate; enter credentials only in Apple's system screen. Do not buy an item again to fix a display issue. Pending or interrupted payments are not completed unlocks.

RESTORE does not recover local scores, earned currency or custom routes. If it reports an error or an entitlement is missing, keep your installation intact and send the visible error text to support. Do not send a password, full receipt or verification code.

Never send a password, payment-card details, full receipt or verification code in a bug report. Apple handles payment authorization; gameplay support does not need those secrets.

Sound, heat or a stuck scene?

Use the game's audio/voice controls if you want a quiet session. If a scene stops responding, note the mode and what you pressed before it happened. Do not clear app data. Tell support whether it happens again after reopening the game, and whether the phone was unusually warm.

Useful details for a bug report

1. App version/build and whether it came from TestFlight or a direct test installation.
2. Device model, iOS/iPadOS version and portrait or landscape orientation.
3. Mode, character and the steps immediately before the problem.
4. What you expected and what actually happened.
5. A screenshot or short silent recording, with private names or account information hidden.

A screenshot or recording is optional. Crop notifications and private account information first. If you are already an invited tester, you can also use Apple's TestFlight feedback for the build you installed. Do not assume that an available update has already been installed; include the build number you actually see.

Use the same address for privacy questions, and say whether your request is about a website account, an email you sent or local game data. The website account service, Apple's records and the game's local saves are separate. See privacy choices. Do not include a password or verification code in your request.
