1. Your game stays on your device

In version 1.5.0 (520), ORBYTHS does not collect personal data from gameplay for the developer or advertising/analytics partners. No ORBYTHS account is required. Gameplay is offline: Arena, Evolution and Pipe Rush use bots; Draw & Down's shared modes use one device, not an online connection.

Settings, cosmetic character names, progress, scores, earned unlocks, reward records and drawn routes are stored in the app's local storage. They are used to remember your game, not uploaded to an ORBYTHS server. Records remain there until changed or removed on the device. We do not hold a server copy that support can restore or erase remotely.

No ads. No new in-app sales. Characters and gear unlock through play. Advertising, ad-consent requests and developer analytics/crash reporting are disabled in this version. Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform libraries remain packaged but their advertising and consent-request paths are not enabled.

2. Apple services are separate

The app still uses Apple's StoreKit to check product information and any existing Apple-verified character ownership, receive transaction updates and offer an explicit RESTORE action. These operations can contact Apple, even though gameplay is offline and new in-app purchases are disabled. Transaction information is verified on the device; the game does not send receipts to an ORBYTHS server or request your payment-card details.

Apple handles App Store downloads, payments, platform records and any device-backup services you use under its own practices. See App Store & Privacy. Apple purchase restoration does not restore earned currency, scores or custom routes.

3. Links you choose to open

PRIVACY POLICY and HELP & SUPPORT open this website in an external browser. The app does not attach character names, device identifiers, saves or receipts to those links. Once you browse the website or write an email, the separate practices below apply. “No data collected from the game” is not a claim that websites, email or Apple services never receive information.

4. orbyths.com is a separate service

The website is hosted with Hostinger. Requests to load a page reach the hosting service with connection details such as an IP address. The homepage's visit client also sends the page path and query string, page title and referring page to the website's own visit endpoint. This happens on page load, not only after registration. The visit feature records IP address, page path, browser user-agent, referrer, country and time to count visits and understand the countries from which visitors arrive.

To estimate a visitor's country, the website server sends the IP address to ipapi.co when it does not have a recent cached result. This is IP-based country estimation, not the device's GPS location. A cached result is reused for 12 hours; that reuse period does not automatically delete the cache entry. See ipapi's privacy policy for the provider's handling of IP queries.

Optional website registration, email verification, sign-in and password recovery submit the fields needed for the action: email address, password, optional display name and verification/reset code. They are used to create and secure your website account, verify your email and recover access. The hosting service and configured transactional-email delivery providers process the address and message needed to deliver verification or recovery email. The website may use its configured mail service or the hosting platform's mail delivery.

The website uses the orbyths_sid session cookie to maintain account access. Its configured lifetime is 14 days, with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax settings and the Secure flag on HTTPS. Session requests use same-origin credentials. A website account is not a game account, does not unlock characters and is not needed to play.

This privacy page and the support page do not load the account client, visit-tracking script, remote fonts or third-party scripts. The homepage's artwork and 3D viewer are self-hosted; 3D assets load only when requested.

Website records and retention

• Accounts and related server records: records remain in server storage until changed or removed by the operator, including when an applicable verified deletion request is handled. There is no automatic account-inactivity deletion schedule.
• Visit records: the website retains up to the latest 50,000 rows. Older rows are dropped when new entries exceed that limit. This is a record-count limit, not a fixed number of days.
• Transactional-mail event records: the website retains up to the latest 8,000 event rows for delivery and account-support purposes. This count limit is separate from the contents of the support mailbox.
• IP-country cache: existing entries are not subject to an automatic timed purge. The 12-hour lookup freshness period is not a deletion deadline.
• Hosting logs and backups: operational logs and backup copies follow the hosting service and account settings. Removing an active record does not mean that every backup or provider log is erased immediately. See Hostinger's privacy policy.

There is no general 30-day or 90-day automatic deletion rule for these website records. To ask about your information or request deletion, use the contact process below.

5. Messages you choose to send

If you email berkberzah@icloud.com, your email includes your sender address, message and any attachments you select. The link opens your own email app; ORBYTHS does not automatically attach game files, device logs or receipts. The receiving mailbox uses Apple's iCloud Mail service.

Berk Kacan personally handles support and privacy requests. Messages and selected attachments are used to understand the issue, reply and handle the request. They remain in the iCloud mailbox until removed by the operator; there is no automatic case-closure deletion timer. You can ask for a message or attachment to be deleted through the same address.

Send only what is needed to explain the issue. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or a full purchase receipt. Hide private names and notifications in screenshots.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can change local character names and audio, voice and reduced-motion settings in the game. To ask to access, correct or delete website information or a support message, email Berk Kacan at berkberzah@icloud.com and say whether your request concerns a website account, an email or local game data. You can also use this address to object to processing or withdraw permission you have previously given for optional processing.

Requests are reviewed by a person, not an automatic deletion service. We may ask for the minimum information needed to confirm that the request concerns your own account or message. Contacting us from the associated email address helps; do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents with your initial request. We will explain any legal or technical limit that affects the request. Website-account deletion does not delete Apple's purchase records or remotely erase a game installed on your device.

You do not have to create a website account. You can sign out and remove or block the website's cookies using your browser; this may prevent website sign-in but does not affect offline gameplay. Blocking a cookie does not remove existing server records or stop a web server receiving your IP address when you visit. These privacy and support pages can be read without loading the website's account or visit client.

Keep your progress safe: do not uninstall or clear game data simply to ask for help. That can remove local saves and routes. Device backups and Apple's purchase records are separate; RESTORE is not a backup of earned progress.

Website/account records, hosting logs, backups and support messages do not share the game's local-storage lifecycle. A privacy request is handled separately from local game settings and Apple services; there is no instant server-wide erasure button.

7. Younger players and updates

The game does not ask for a date of birth or require a web account. Follow the age rating shown by the App Store in your region. Parents or guardians can contact the address above about information sent through the separate website or support email. This notice does not claim a parental-consent system or a Made for Kids classification.

A future version that adds online accounts, advertising or other data practices needs an updated notice. The version covered here is 1.5.0 (520); earlier test builds may have behaved differently.
